Have you heard “If Its Not a Hell YES, its a no?”

Well are you actually saying NO to things you don’t want to do?

Are you actually saying NO to that person you don’t want to hang out with but feel obligated?

Are you actually saying NO to peer pressure, buying that thing just because everyone else has it?

What are some things you say “yea I guess to”?

That lame guy you’ve been hooking up with?

That friend group that makes you feel like crap when you’re with them?

That new purse even though you are in debt up to your eyeballs?

What are you saying YES to that you should be saying NO?

Because once you say NO, you set boundaries for yourself. And setting boundaries for yourself is a form of SeLF-LOVE and SELF-RESPECT.  And once you set these boundaries for yourself, you give yourself space for the HELL YES things.

Say NO to that friend group? Finally have time to say HELL YES to that side hustle!

Say NO to that new purse? Finally have time to say HELL YES to getting out of debt!

Say NO to that dude you’ve been hooking up with? Finally have time to say HELL YES to the man of your dreams!

Get out of your own way...start saying NO more often and see how it feels. I bet its gonna feel HELL YEA good! 🙂
