BUILT BY A STUDIO OWNER

Most studios don’t set this up themselves.

Allio can be self-serve. There is a library of pre-recorded videos and reference material, and a studio genuinely can work through it alone. Most choose to pay the support team to do it for them instead.

Implementation is quoted work, not a fixed line item. Scope runs from a couple of hours on Zoom for a studio that mostly needs its old contacts moved across, up to a longer build for a studio migrating pipelines, automations and a full calendar setup from several disconnected tools at once.

Implementation is quoted work, scoped to your studio. What it costs depends entirely on how much you want us to do, from a couple of hours on a Zoom call through to a full build out for a multi location studio. You get a number once we understand your studio, before any work starts.

If you want to do it yourself first, that path exists too: the video library and reference material walk through the same setup the support team would otherwise do for you. Most studios start there, decide it will take longer than they have this month, and hand it to the support team partway through. Either way works.

Here is the part most software companies do not tell you.

A phone number provisions the moment your account is set up, and calling works immediately: you can take and make calls from your first day.

Texting from that same number does not work on day one. Every phone number sending SMS in the United States has to clear a carrier registration step first, and that approval averages weeks, not hours. This is true of the underlying phone network itself, not something specific to Allio, and no CRM can skip it honestly. We would rather tell you that now than have you discover it on day three of a trial.
