Why this exists
He built it because off the shelf call reporting was never good enough for an outbound telemarketing team, or for the diary setters running the phones in a portrait studio. Generic call reports are built for sales teams cold calling strangers. They don’t know what a diary setter’s day actually looks like: a mix of inbound enquiries, outbound follow-up calls, and a booking that has to happen before the caller hangs up.
So he built one that does.
