ASK AI
Ask AI: the assistant inside Allio that knows your clients
Ask AI is the assistant inside Allio for you and your team. Type or say what you need, and it summarises a client’s history before you call them back, finds what needs doing, creates tasks and reminders, updates a contact, and drafts emails and posts in your studio’s voice. It works for you, not your clients: the AI that talks to clients is the enquiry replies and receptionist. You check what it does, and the tasks and updates it makes sit on the client’s record.
$297 per month. Card required. AI and phone usage billed at cost.

Every studio owner knows the moment: a client rings back, and you’re scrolling through texts, emails and notes trying to remember where things are. Ask AI reads the record for you and gives you the short version, so you can pick up the phone ready.
What you can ask it
“Summarise this client before I call.” It pulls together their messages, calls, notes, appointments, tasks, payments and pipeline stage into a short summary, and you can ask follow up questions, such as when you last spoke or what’s still outstanding.
“What needs doing?” Ask about open opportunities, upcoming appointments or tasks, and get a list instead of clicking through screens.
“Remind me to follow up on Monday.” It can create tasks, set reminders and update a contact’s details from a plain sentence.
“Draft a post about our autumn mini sessions.” It writes emails, social posts and other content in your studio’s voice, for you to edit before anything goes out.

Why a studio uses it
Faster call backs. A newborn parent who rings back wants you to remember their due date and that they asked about a home session. The summary puts that in front of you in seconds.
Less clicking. Questions like “which consultations haven’t booked yet?” are quicker to ask than to find.
Nothing forgotten. “Remind me” becomes a real task with a due date and an owner.
Help with writing. First drafts of emails and posts, ready for your edit.

How it differs from the AI that talks to clients
Ask AI works for you and your team inside Allio. It only sends something to a client if you ask it to, and it asks you to confirm before it sends or changes anything. The client-facing AI is set up separately, with its own modes and handover rules: AI enquiry replies for texts and DMs, and the AI receptionist for calls.
Like any AI, it can get things wrong. Treat a summary as a starting point, and open the record when a detail matters.
Getting started
Open Ask AI from the menu and type a request in plain words, or use your voice. Start with a client summary before your next call back. The more complete your client records are, the more useful its answers.
Related: the knowledge base teaches the client-facing AI your studio, and AI workflows turn a sentence into an automation.
What it costs
AI features are included in the $297 plan. AI and phone usage is billed at cost, on top of the $297. See pricing.
