Start with the ten questions you answer most. You can add the rest as they come up.
Test it before clients see it
Ask the test chat the questions real clients send: “Can we bring the dog?”, “How long is a newborn session?”, “What if baby comes early?” If an answer is wrong or vague, fix the source, not the reply.
Then switch on AI enquiry replies in suggestion mode, so your team approves each answer for the first few weeks. Like any AI it can get things wrong, so testing matters.

Can I add my price list?
Yes. Add it as a table with one row per session or product. Tables work better than long paragraphs for prices.
Can it read my website?
Yes. Add your website as a source and the AI reads its pages. Keep the FAQs and policies in the knowledge base too, so the important answers are in your own words.
