Can AI reply to my Instagram DMs?
Yes. Once your Instagram account is connected to Allio, the AI can reply to DMs, answer questions and offer times to book, in suggestion or automatic mode.
Will it reply to clients I'm already talking to?
It pauses for two hours when you reply yourself, and you can switch it off on any conversation.
How does it know my prices?
You add your price list, session guide, FAQs and policies, and it answers from those.
Can it book a session?
Yes. It offers openings from your Allio calendar and books the time the client picks. It doesn’t take payment in the chat; deposits go through your normal invoice or payment link.
Can I check replies before they're sent?
Yes. In suggestion mode the AI drafts each reply and you approve it before it’s sent.
