You check each step, change the wording and publish when you’re happy.

How it works
- Open Automation and describe what should happen, in a sentence or two.
- The AI lays out the trigger and the steps: emails, texts, waits, tags, tasks and branches.
- Check each step. Change the wording, the timing or who gets the task.
- Test it on yourself, then publish. Nothing runs until you do.
You can keep asking for changes in plain words, such as “add a reminder the morning of the session”, or edit the canvas yourself.
AI inside the steps, too
Writes the messages. Inside a workflow, the AI can draft the text or email for a step, which you then edit.
Reads and decides. AI steps can summarise a call transcript, sort a reply by what the client wants, or translate a message, and the workflow carries on from the result.
