Writes a personal reply. It reads the review and responds to what the client actually said, about the session, the photos or the experience, rather than a generic thank you.
Sounds like your studio. Set the tone, from warm and friendly to polished and professional, and add a sign-off such as your studio’s name.
Handles each rating differently. Set different rules for five star, middle and low ratings. A common setup: post replies to five star reviews automatically and approve anything critical yourself.
Catches up on the backlog. Got a year of reviews you never answered? It can work through them gradually, a few a day, so your profile isn’t flooded with replies at once.
Works in the client’s language. It detects the review’s language and replies in it.
Two ways to use it
Suggestion mode. Click for an AI reply on any review, edit it if you like, and post.
Automatic mode. Replies post on their own after a wait time you set, following your rules for each rating. You can also switch the AI off entirely.

Should photographers reply to Google reviews?
Yes. Replies show future clients that you value feedback, and replying to reviews is one of the things Google suggests businesses do.
Can AI reply to my Google reviews automatically?
Yes. Once your Google Business Profile is connected, the AI can post replies automatically after a delay you set, or draft them for you to approve.
Will the replies sound generic?
They don’t have to. Each reply is written to what the reviewer said, in the tone you set, and you can review drafts before they’re posted.
What about a negative review?
Set low ratings to suggestion mode, so you read and approve every reply to a critical review before it’s posted.
Can it reply to old reviews?
Yes. It can work through unanswered reviews gradually, a few at a time.
